1. General These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through kyllisparre.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Sparrekart OÜ is registered in Estonia and operates under Estonian law.

2. Products We sell fine art prints created by Kylli Sparre. Prints are signed and numbered limited editions unless otherwise stated. Each print is produced on high-quality paper. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible; slight colour variations may occur due to printing and screen differences.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. We accept payment via credit/debit card and other methods available at checkout. Payment is charged at the time of order.

4. Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that some destinations may be subject to restrictions beyond our control, in which case we will contact you. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Please refer to our full [Return & Refund Policy] for details. Custom or personalised prints made to order are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

6. Intellectual Property All prints are original artworks by Kylli Sparre. Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any image without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photographic evidence of any damage.

8. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts. EU customers also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
