Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@kyllisparre.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

Please note: Signed and numbered limited edition prints that have been personalised or made to order are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of any damage, and we will arrange a replacement promptly.
